  • The Mack Ave. Story

Mack Avenue - It is sometimes believed that Mack Avenue in Detroit is named after Andrew Mack but, that it was actually named after John M. Mack, who was a supervisor of nearby Hamtramck.  Today in Detroit, Mack ave. still serves as home to some key automotive factories in the city as well as the gateway to beloved Eastern Market.
